"Hi Lia - we certainly appreciate your business after all these years. Prior to hanging up on us, we were trying to explain that your bill is pro-rated from the purchase date of the new vehicle. You are correct, the new car is also a lot more money to insure than your previous vehicle. State Farm did send you a pro-rated refund check from the date of cancellation. After we got disconnected, I sent you a text with an email address where you could request a further explanation of your bill and refund. I did personally look it over though and everything is correct. Again, I apologize if that explanation didn’t make sense initially.
