"Hi Cody – I really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and I apologize for the frustration you experienced. While our office can control so many things, when it comes to claim coverage and pay-outs, it is unfortunately at the discretion of the policy. In regard to the homeowners claim, I wish the contractor that you hired, would have covered the furniture and belongings to prevent allergens and debris. As hard as we tried, that just isn’t something covered under the policy. I also know we tried to get GM to provide something in writing regarding what a tolerable alignment would cover, and since they couldn’t provide it, we couldn’t alter the auto claim coverage. Louise from my office worked with several supervisors and claims managers to try and get the best outcome for you, but at the end of the day, claims does have to follow the policy language. Thank you for all of the referrals over the years and being with our office for so long.
